Symptoms

Fluctuating cost of B91628 Object Storage - Storage - Gigabyte Storage Capacity per Month is observed in the Cost Analysis tool.

In the beginning of each calendar month, Object Storage service is free of charge and then, at an unfixed date within the billing cycle, you start noticing charges in Cost Analysis, until the end of the month. In the beginning of next month, service is free again (price resets to 0).
