Goal

Restrict the Action on Termination page based on Worker type of the record being terminated.
If the record being terminated is a Contingent Worker, then display Involuntary-Contingent Worker
If the record being terminated is an Employee, then display Involuntary-Employee
All other actions such as Resignation, Death, etc…should still display for all Worker Types
