Attachment Details Export Isn't Exporting All Attachment Details (Doc ID 2933195.1)

Goal

When attempting to do an Export of Attachments (details only), it would appear that not all of the attachment details are being exported, even if we do a full export.

Specifically we there are some records that have the Acccount Typeset to Dealer not exported in Account Attachments.
