In ReSA The Transaction Amount Is Showing Zero For Refunds (Doc ID 2933200.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the transaction screen, the Transaction Value still shows zero for refund transactions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction Value should show same value as the

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Refund transaction in ReSA.
2. Search for it in transaction search screen.
3. Look for Transaction Amount.
4. Notice it's zero regardless of the value when the transaction is open.
