Initial Data Load "Submit Seed" Button Disabled After version 23.1.101 Update (Doc ID 2933305.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to v23.1.101, Submit Seed option is greyed out and not enabled to user who has the following IDCS app roles and user role permission assigned.


IDCS app roles:

RGBU_SIOCS_CFS_STAGE_EICS.admin_users
RGBU_SIOCS_CFS_STAGE_EICS.batch_users

User role has this permission selected.

Access Initial Data Load
Submit Initial Data Load
Delete Initial Data Load


Steps to Reproduce:


1. Launch the SIOCS web client
2. Select Admin > Technical Maintenance > Initial Data Load
3. Select a module in the list

Submit Seed is not enabled.
