Symptoms
On : NA version, BI
Unable to create a database connection to a SQL server on premises Database from OAC instance using Remote Data Gateway.
Successfully installed Remote Data Gateway (RDG) on Windows server where the SQL server database resides.
Connection from RDG to SQL server database works fine.
Creating a DV connection to the MySQL server database does not go further after click on save. No error details displayed.
