System Automatically Changes Resource Type In Resource Information To 'Bucket' (Doc ID 2933452.1)

Symptoms

When editing some resource fields, through Edit Resource screen, the resource type is automatically changed without user intervention.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Resource type is changed unexpectedly during changing of other fields in Edit Resource/User screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Resource type should not be changed unless specifically changed by user via respective dropdown.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as user with particular User Type
2. Open "Resource Info" page for problematic resource
3. Open "Edit Resource/User" screen
4. Change some field that isn't Resource Type.
5. Hit Submit

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, the customer cannot book activities to the resource until this is amended back.
