SIOCS Auto Generates Ticket Request With The Wrong Price Type and Previous Price Is Not Displayed (Doc ID 2933470.1)

Symptoms

SIOCS auto generates ticket request with the wrong price type.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create clearance with the Start date: 3/Nov/2022, End date: 3/Nov/2022 and 30 % off.
2. Run auto generate tickets batch.
3. Note in Ticket list UI screen, it shows the price type as Permanent which is not correct.
4. Note the message that is published to the print does not include the WAS price (i.e, previous price before the event).
