Error <Access Denied> while trying to access OIC (LACLS_CO_SOLUTION) integration from ERP system

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to access the OIC application from the ERP it generates an error: access denied.
When entering ERP - right click -Inspect and go to the LACLS - Magnetic Media option, in the console you can see the error 403
And When entering the OIC in the integrations the error that is evidenced is: No response received within response time out windows. Connectivity Agent may not be running (see attached document)
