Symptoms

Custom program not able to connect to Learn SFTP site.

Error Message: Failed to connect to host: sftp<company>.learn.taleo.net on port 22. Exception message is: Algorithm negotiation fail; Caused by: Algorithm negotiation fail



Changes

After system maintenance on Mar 3, 2023, certain weaker ciphers are no longer allowed to connect to the SFTP servers.
