ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Filter "active date" on the ticket List screen is not working on the active date column but appears to be using the print date.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
active date filter should use the active date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Ticket screen
2. Search by active date
