Symptoms

In a Standalone instance of Visual Builder you are attempting to add the business processes which are in a different Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS) instance . The PCS backend has been added at the tenant level.

When adding a business process using the Processes navigator, an error message is shown:

and also the '+' button to add processes is not seen.
