Error: 'The System is not available...' When One User Attempts to Login to Unifier Cloud Environment (Doc ID 2933800.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


A single user was experiencing difficulties accessing the Primavera Unifier platform. An error message (below) is displayed upon attempting to open the Unifier application after logging in to the Primavera Portal. The same message could be observed if attempting to log in to Unifier directly.


"The system is not available. Contact your system administrator."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the Primavera Portal login page.
  2. Log in using the affected user's credentials.
  3. Click on "Unifier" to open the Unifier program.
  4. Observe an error message that reads "The system is not available. Contact your system administrator." is displayed.
