Providing Consent with 'Authorization code Oauth policy with Rest adapter returns error "callback could not be correlated" (Doc ID 2933910.1)

Goal

User configured OIC instance with custom endpoint with OIC instance behind a WAF.

Example:
Out of box OIC url: https://oicinstance-domain.integration.ocp.oraclecloud.com/ic/home
Custom url: https://customurl.com/ic/home

When defining Authorization code Oauth security policy with Rest Adapter, authorization server is configured with OIC callback address with custom url e.g. https://customurl.com/icsapis/agent/oauth/callback.

When user login into OIC home using out of box OIC url and click 'Provide Consent',
it opens a popup with login prompt. When OIC credentials are entered, it returns error:
