Error Message In Quota (Doc ID 2933925.1)

Symptoms

On : 23.A version, Quota

I have the error message: "No data. Please change dates or category or time slot and try again." when I'm trying to see the quota in OFSC.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

*Pre-conditions*  
- Created bucket as area with tech;
- created 3 new work skills;
- create 3 new work skill conditions based on new work skills;
- create new capacity category based on new work skills + time slots;
- assigned new capacity category to capacity area + time slots;
- create 3 new activities for new capacity categories;

1. Quota > check that Quota by day/slots/categories screens shows correctly

2. Go to Configuration > Capacity categories > Deactivate first created capacity category.

3. Quota > check Quota by day/slots/categories screens



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot manage the quota for affected buckets

Changes

The issue is permanently resolved by upgrading to Service Update 5 for 23A.
