ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PRICING_COST field is updated to Null when deal is applied and its not re-calculated in FUTURE_COST table ,even after upcharges are applied to an item

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pricinf_cost value should be calculated based upcharges

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps followed:
1. Created an off-invoice deal ($5) for item at warehouse 60065
2. Pricing cost field for the item was made null
3. Added upcharges to the item from loc 60065 to loc 16
4. Unable to see the upcharges reflecting in future cost table even after running FCEXEC_PRE and POST jobs

BUSINESS IMPACT
