Visual Builder Studio: Service User Console vs OCI Console (Doc ID 2933977.1)

Goal

In a particular tenancy, there is a Visual Builder Studio instance running from the Service User Console (named DevServiceAppAUTO).
It was noticed that there is also a Visual Builder Studio instance created from the OCI console.  Is there a difference between these two versions of Visual Builder Studio?
