Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"Internal user for application OFS_PLATFORM_API" log being added to activities

There was noticed a new log item on some activities whereby it appears an API is updating the travel estimation method to "External adjustment". It doesnt appear to be updating internal activities at all.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only customer Applications should update activities

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add activity
2. Allocate activities to technician routes
3. Wait until such update is invoked automatically
