ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Pre Scaled and Scaled values are showing the same number after scaling the Order.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The pre-scaled value should remain at the original order quantity.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO with the single location indicator checked
2. Add items to the order and scale the order.
3. Check the Order Inventory Management screen for the pre-scaled and scaled values. It should show the same value.
