Goal

How To Add a Resource to Existing Employees And Change Resource Party Number?

Employees are being loaded from HCM HDL and synchronized to TCA party.
A resource needs to be created for employees.
The HCM Person Number is different than the TCA Party Number (Registry ID) and the requirement is to have these be the same.

Employee has a Public Unique Identifier (PUID), PersonNumber.
Party has a PUID, PartyNumber (Registry Id).

Each of these PUIDs is generated by an independent sequence.
In addition, PartyNumber (Registry Id) is shared by all organizations, persons (including internal), and groups as they share the same table, HZ_PARTIES.
