Purpose
Questions and Answers
Requesting HTSUPLD sample file to validate it against the htsupld*dat file generated from the US, CA, and MX Customs Agencies. The HTSUPLD sample file should consist of FHEAD, THEAD, TDETL, TTAIL, and FTAIL to represent a realistic HTS Definition and Details.
No explicit note exists on whether you should add a NEWLINE (/n) for TDETL. Please confirm the correct layout if multiple TDETL lines should be ended with a NEWLINE or not.
In addition, the layout for the VD, for example, the 'TDETL00000000150000000001VD' record, has a different layout from V5 thru VC. Is this correct?
