ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After changing the Resource Information, Resource Role on the Manage Users page, it always comes up with the original role.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting the new role to appear in the Resource Information, Resource Role on the Manage Users page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Users || Navigate to My Team > Users and Roles
3. Search and edit user
4. Change the Resource Information, Resource Role
5. Click the Save and Close button
6. Edit the user again; the original role is still appearing
