On: MFCS/RMS 19.3.011.7 version

There is an error INV_TOTAL_DEF due to a discrepancy between metadata and SA_TOTAL_HEAD. It is likely to happen during data refresh from PROD to DEV, mainly if changes were made to total definitions before the refresh. Oracle should handle this as part of data refreshes from PROD to lower environments as a standard practice.
