Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Procurement Contracts Generic Issues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Users are unable to generate Agreements from Contract Fulfilment Lines.
ERRORS
-----------------------
Error in Contracts: Agreement Creation Failed
Error in PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS: The value of the attribute isn't valid -- TERMS_ID
Error in job output: Please check if the Procurement BU and Batch ID inputs are correct.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contract page
2. Select Actions and "AutoCreate Fulfillment Lines"
3. Select the Create Fulfillment action in the Fulfillment tab
4. Run the Import Blanket Agreements and Import Contract Agreements processes
5. Once the processes finish go back to the Contract page and in the Fulfilment tab find the error: Agreement created failed.
