Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Job Offer Management
When a user tries to commit a transfer or Global Transfer, the following error occurs.

ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #4
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Manage Job Offers area
2. Try to use Transfer or Global Transfer action
3. ADF Error occurs
