ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to amend EPS Submission values as the "View Employer Payment Summary Results" task is not accessible.
The UI appears to spin for a certain time and/or errors out.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to access and edit the archived values via the EPS flow> View results task
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll> Submit a flow
2. Run EPS
3. Attempt to open the View results task
4. UI is not accessible, spins or errors out
