Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing
When attempting to run Generate Allocation job,
the following error occurs.

Exception in rule execution: Error occurred during parsing

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to schedule process and submit Generate Allocation job.

Due to this issue, users cannot generate the allocation journal.
