OCI: Enable Database Management Service Failed After Changing The db_unique_name (Doc ID 2935654.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to enable the database management the following error occurs.

ERROR

internal error! Please contact Oracle Support with the work-request Id <Request ID>


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Created the database resource in OCI using Database Cloud Service 

2. In OCI , created the database with "dbtest_u" DB_UNIQUE_NAME 

3. In backend , changed the DB_UNIQUE_NAME of database to "dbtest_u2"

Changes

 Changed the DB_UNIQUE_NAME  in Database server only.
