Users are experiencing slow performance when scheduling, creating a baseline and importing projects.

Users would be experiencing normal performance when scheduling, creating a baseline and importing projects.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Object selection select a project
2. Select Scheduling app, Activities
3. Schedule the project
