Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

While having the proper e-mail preferences setup, users are receiving notifications in uMail, but not receiving task notification e-mails in their external e-mail client, e.g., Outlook.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Users should receive e-mails in both their external e-mail client and uMail.
