Users Get Prompted to Reset Password When Trying to Login With SSO (Doc ID 2936145.1)

Symptoms

Users receive notifications that they needed to reset their password from IDCS, despite them using SSO for logging on. The accounts got locked out after some time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should be able to login without any IDCS error messages

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Unifier environment
  2. Use SSO Log in
  3. Observe message to reset password
  4. Reset password does nothing.
  5. User is still unable to log in.
