Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When loading the Project Home page, the page will take longer to load if a project location is not set.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pages to load within the same time regardless of defined project location.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Select a project to open to the Project Home page.
  3. Notice, projects with no location set take longer to load.
