No Data Error When Viewing Quota (Doc ID 2936477.1)

Symptoms

On : 23.A.03 version, Quota

Selecting a cell and entering the Quotas (time interval) option displays the following message ->No Data. Please modify dates or category or time slot and try again

No Data. Please modify dates or category or time slot and try again

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login> Menu> Quota
2. Select quota, enter time interval option
3. Error message appears

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the quota.
