Symptoms

Problem:

When using Best Candidate AI Apps feature candidate scores change if Include Employees is added or removed.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Hiring
  2. Select the job requisition that has applicants
  3. In the Top Recommendations section, note the current score
  4. Uncheck the box for Include Employees
  5. See that the score has changed
