Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Few Payment Term definition cannot be modified whereas few can be modified.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should not be able to modify the payment terms once it is used in creation of transactions.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup and Maintenance
2. Task: Manage Receivables Payment Terms
3. Search for a random Payment Term and verify
