Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace instance to 12.2.1.4.220426 or higher versions by applying ODI Bundle patches to the existing instance, OSMS service is still not available and displays the below message when clicking on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Console -> Compute -> Instances -> "Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace" instance (v12.2.1.4.220426) -> "OS Management" from the "Resources" section:
