Symptoms

Content not loading in www.example.com intermittently. CORS errors seen in browser console:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://ocm-content.ocecdn.oraclecloud.com/content/published/api/v1.1/items/COREDKW2346987239490649DFFBDD9D0BB6A03?channelToken=0nakdwa4f5868da7b941102d1c7f471c&cb=1' from origin 'https://dev.example.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
