Users Can Still See Edit, Copy, Delete Workbench In View Only Access, Yet Throws Error When Click (Doc ID 2936733.1)

Symptoms

Associating an Enhanced Workbench with a user role to be able to View Only access to a certain selected Workbench. Once that role is selected and navigates to that Enhanced Workbench the user still sees icons on the left where it implies for example that he can edit the workbench and then attempt to do that gets an error that edit failed. This adds some confusion that is not needed for these users. The client expects the behavior to not show any of these icons on the left
