Goal

Where is "Email" field for filtering in Export Management for Contact Object?

You need to perform an export using Export Management. You need to create a filter to ONLY look for Contacts with a specific Email address. Although the Email field is visible under the main "Contact" object AND under the "Contact Point" Object (as EmailAddress) but you are not finding this field available under either of these Objects for filtering purposes.
