Validation rules with Line Item requirements are not properly checked or verified when records are created or sent through REST API, but it works as expected in the UI.

The Validation rules with Line Item requirements to be checked or verified when records are created or sent through REST API.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Attempt to create a record through REST API.
- Observe the Validation rule is not honored like it should be and is when created in the UI.
