Connection Test To MS SQL Server Fails With Error "SSL handshake failed:" (Doc ID 2936845.1)

On : NA version, Adapter - Database - Other Databases (DB2, MySQL, SQL Server)

When trying to test existing SQL Server connection (in Azure). it fails with error.

Agent Error:
Caused by: java.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver]SSL handshake failed: PKIX path building failed: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Test SQL Server connection.
