Symptoms
In MFCS, when attempting to sending Xtsfdtlmod message. ,the following error occurs.
ERROR

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_XTSF.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] The inventory status of the transfer header should match the inventory status of the items in the transfer.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Interface/Send a Transfer Shipment Message (ASNOutCre) using API. Transfer Order was automatically created.
2. Interface/Send a Transfer Order Mod Message (Xtsfdtlmod) using API, to update the QTY.
3. Check RIB Hospital. Error information is observed.
