504 Error While Accepting A Task In Unifier (Doc ID 2936979.1)

While a User is trying to accept a Task, the screen keeps on loading and then throws an Error:

504 Error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to affected Project > Task Manager > Tasks
  3. Accept a Task
  4. Notice the screens loads for a while and then generates the error
