504 Error While Accepting A Task In Unifier

Symptoms
While a User is trying to accept a Task, the screen keeps on loading and then throws an Error:

504 Error
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier
- Navigate to affected Project > Task Manager > Tasks
- Accept a Task
- Notice the screens loads for a while and then generates the error
