Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating records via the REST API, General Comments that contain attachments are not included in the record creation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

For the General Comments that contain attachments to be included in the record creation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a record via REST API that has General Comments that contain attachments.
  2. Observe it is created with the attachments.
