SaaS Daily Purge Job And Dlyprg Behavior (Doc ID 2937140.1)

Goal

In SaaS, we have ‘dlyprg’ job which runs as part of EOD; and we also have ‘DAILY_PURGE_JOB’ , ‘ITEM_LOC_PURGE_JOB’ which run in hourly scheduled asynchronous runs post EOD. We have noticed that items marked for purging during the day are not picked up by ‘dlyprg’ but only picked up by ‘DAILY_PURGE_JOB’. We want to understand how this exclusion is handled.

 
Can you please provide us details on how this exclusion of item deletion from dlyprg is handled?
