Goal

Custom role for HR to restrict actions such as (Terminate process, Recover) in Tools->transaction console-> Click on any transaction(Top right) Actions button for below three requirements:

1) HR View All -- Need Full access to Transaction Console (With Actions) with Approval Rules access

2) HR Limited -- Need access to transaction console(With Actions) wiithout Approval rules access.

3) HR View Only -- Need access to Transaction Console (Without Actions) Without Approval Rules access.
