Goal

The workbook commits are failing with error: "InvalidDimensionMapIndex","cause":"Inconsistent rollup found between week -> week".  Additionally the batch failed in step eebatch_calc for mace call with "exception":"UnrecoverableExpressionLibraryError","cause":"Empty Calendar". This was seen in a lower level _task_batch/service.log.
