Symptoms
Incorrect "Created By" name captured on Cost Change Uploads in MFCS
When uploading the Cost change in MFCS by user <EMAIL A> but Create id in MFCS showing <EMAIL B>, there were four minutes difference while uploading the files by these two users.
If you refer the process id in Process tracker table - 20521600 <EMAIL B>, 20521602 <EMAIL A> , 20521603 <EMAIL A> and cost change id - 430317 , 430318 , 430319, you will find that instead of <EMAIL A> in Created id <EMAIL B> was updated in cost change in MFCS
Steps To Recreate:
1. Login into MFCS
2. Navigate to Task
3. Select upload cost change from files.
4. If two user uploads file in different user id and few minutes difference, it is taking first user name in second user cost change created id.
