On : 11.13.22.10.0 version, Data Load

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After loading ElementEntry via HDL with success, the bonus doesn't appear in the Element Entry page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After loading ElementEntry via HDL with success, bonus should appear in the Element Entry page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Navigate to Data Exchange
2. HCM Data Loader / Import and Load Data
3. Import File / Import Local File / Browse- select zip -click submit
4. Load with success.
5. No bonus update in UI
