Symptoms
On : 22.3.2, Adapter - Oracle E-Business Suite
When attempting to create EBS Adapter Connection in OIC,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIC
2. In the navigation pane, click Integrations, then click Connections.
3. Click Create.
